- I am an authorized representative of the organization named, and the information I have provided
about it is truthful and accurate.
- I understand Earthbux News (EN) will verify this organization's identity during the budgeting phase,
and that misrepresentation is grounds for removal, public disclosure, and legal action.
- I understand the initial advance is released at the start of the budgeting phase and that the full
charity pool is unlocked only after verification and against agreed budget and reporting obligations.
- I agree to operate the mission in good faith — to publish a budget, report progress honestly, and
direct funds to the stated cause and beneficiary.
- I acknowledge that accepting authority over the budget and mission sequence is a binding commitment,
and that funds obtained through fraud may be recovered through litigation.

your account now holds authority over this mission's budget and sequence. Earthbux News verifies your
organization during the budgeting phase, and the guaranteed-to-pool rate has been bumped.
